This course projects an introduction to airline operations and the economic environment in which they operate. The following subjects will be presented:

Part 2: (Operations)

- Airline and Airport Process Alignment
Education Method
The course consists of four days of interactive sessions, divided over two weeks. Based on the lectures and (airline) guest lectures a complementary practical view will be presented. The course is set-up in an interactive manner which includes discussions and actualities. Subjecting cases from the work floor are encouraged. After the first two days an individual/group assignment is given to be presented at the second two day session which can include a real life practical or fictive case.
