A five day programme specifically designed for the aviation industry and adopting the following format:
Pre-course Exercise / study
Day 1 - Management systems & the requirements of ISO 9001
Day 2 - Assessment / audit process
Day 3 - Audit Planning / Auditing Techniques (including auditing in relation to
the ISO 9001 Process approach)
Day 4 - Practical Auditing
Day 5 - Audit Reporting / Corrective Action Process
IRCA Examination.

Course prerequisites
A background in an aviation environment. An elementary knowledge of, and experience with, management systems and auditing is necessary, together a basic understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001and how they could apply in an aviation industry context (gained through a mandatory Pre-course assignment).
