The in-company presentations include supervised practical auditing throughout the airport operational environment as an integral part of the training process, and provides participants with the opportunity to plan, undertake and report audits in their own airport working environment. This has been found to be a particularly powerful and beneficial approach to auditor training, providing the organization with a much more customized training event and the opportunity to debate internal auditing issues and improve current audit practices.
Based on the standard public “Auditing in an Airport Environment” course, this 5 day version includes supervised practical auditing throughout the airport operational environment as an integral part of the training process, and provides participants with the opportunity to plan, undertake and report audits in their own airport working environment. This has been found to be a particularly powerful and beneficial approach to auditor training, providing the organization with a much more customized training event and the opportunity to debate internal auditing issues and improve current audit practices.
The course recognizes and responds to the unique airport environment where there are several different regulators concerned with their own specific requirements (Aviation Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Security, Environmental Pollution etc.) and the importance of a well managed internal audit process that provides adequate assurance of compliance to senior management.
Please Note: Practical auditing in the airport operational environment will require the client to make the necessary logistical arrangements. This course is for In-company presentation only and requires suitable training and catering facilities to be provided by the client together with access to airside operational areas for the practical auditing activities.
