Course content
Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, the Chapters and specific Articles addressing Standardization will be addressed in this training course.
Commission Regulation (EU) No 628/2013, all articles of this Regulation will be addressed in this training course:
Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012, the relevant Subparts of Annex I ( Part-21) will be addressed in this training course:
Section A, Technical requirements
Subpart F, Production without Production Organization Approval, including the AMC & GM, will be presented.
Subpart G, Production Organisation Approval, including the AMC & GM, will be presented.

Throughout the training course practical examples shall be provided in particular related to Subpart F and Subpart G, e.g. issuance of Letter of Agreements & POA approvals, template for an Exposition, responsibilities of the Intermediate PO regarding the transfer to the subcontractor of approved design data, non-conformities and last but not least clarification of Level 1 & Level 2 findings.
Course prerequisites
A basic understanding of the subjects dealt with in the training course is an advantage but not necessary.
Participants are kindly requested to bring a laptop to the course to access course material which will only be provided in electronic format.
An optional JAA TO examination is available for this course. Candidates who pass a JAA TO Examination, receive an ECAC/JAA TO Certificate of Accomplishment.
