EASA Air Operations Management Team Workshop - Nominated Person Ground Operations
Course content
The following subjects will be addressed:
- Brief regulatory historic review
- Introduction to the Air Operations Regulation EU 965/12 and associated requirements (The Basic Regulation and Part M/145)
- A focus on Management System requirements with Safety & Compliance Management techniques required in ORO.GEN 200
- Introduction to IATA Ground Handling Manual
- Developments in the Ground Handling area
- Practical exercises related to the working environment
NOTE: Participants are kindly requested to bring a laptop to the course to access course material which will only be provided in electronic format. It further would be beneficial for them to have access to their company manuals during the course.
Course prerequisites
A desire to learn about the responsibilities of being the Nominated Person for Ground Operations
Participants are kindly requested to bring a laptop to the course to access course material which will only be provided in electronic format.
For this training participants require access to a recent version of the IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM). Participants are therefore responsible to secure access to - or purchase - their own version for use during the training.
