Course content
Introduction to the development of the new BR
Introduction to the European Aiviation Strategy as well as a brief introduction into the main elements of the New Basic Regulation like the new system for the General Aviation, the Safety Management, the Occurence Management as well as the new system in Joint certification, Oversight and Enforcement System. It will also cover the new responsibilites of EASA as well as an information of the transitional provisions.
Course prerequisites
Understanding of the European regulation Structure and of the existing Basic Regulation (EU) 216/2008
Participants are kindly requested to bring a laptop to the course to access course material which will only be provided in electronic format.
